I exercised for almost an hour today, it was good exercise too. I mean sometimes when I exercised at school for my fitness course I just kinda was lazy about it and didn't really do a very good workout. But I've been using SparkPeople a lot this week and did the exercises for two different teams there and then my Shake Weight. It was like 50 minutes of exercise and I feel like I worked all of my muscles and did Cardio as well.
Today was my friend Melanie's Birthday, she passed away in December. I hadn't seen her in a while but she was like a second sister to me when we were growing up.
She would have been 29 today. I was thinking about a memory I think we were around 4 or 5 we would drink V8 a lot and make "grilled" cheese sandwiches by toasting
the bread and then putting cheese on it. We used to say we wanted a V8 pool with cheese towels. It only makes sense to a child but it's a great memory, lol.
I had a chocolate cup cake today, I planned ahead for these Calorie
s and ate lower Calorie options for breakfast and lunch. It was sorta a Valentine's gift from my parents. My dad got it for my mom but she doesn't eat chocolate.
I'm sorry about your friend, but your memory and this blog is a nice tribute.
