Day I thought I posted yesterday

So don't know what happened but I could have swore I posted yesterday. Any who I'm trying to calculate the Calories I eat and it's really rather hard but not for the reasons I thought. I'm actually having trouble eating enough Calories! I've started eating frozen diet meals for lunch and dinner but by the time I eat breakfast it's lunch time so it is really hard to fit lunch and dinner in. And I'm also trying for two snacks a day as well. The meals average around 200-350 Calories each depending what they are but that leaves a lot of Calories left in the day. I had a feeling I was skipping meals but I didn't realize that it would be hard to get three meals in.

I'm using a really good website though to keep track of what I'm eating and how much I'm exercising, it also helps with motivation. It's called SparkPeople. I joined the 28 day challenge and did the first workout today. It was a ten minute Cardio that was 12 minutes. It was actually a really good workout for your legs. I also did my Shake Weight today, that's a "6 minute" workout that last 10 minutes, lol. No workouts are the length they are supposed to be, lol.

I helped mom make Peanut Butter Cookies today. I had two but hey I have the Calorie allowance to eat them, lol. I'm only trying to eat like 1500 Calories and I don't know if I can make it, lol.
