These are port like windows near the elevator on the top observation deck of the tower.
It took a while for the elevators because there were so many people. Below are the walls on the lower observation deck when we waiting in line to get back to the first floor. The elevators that take you from there to the first floor are extremely fast. I felt like I was going to fall over.
