I've been trying to cook my own healthy meals that are low sodium because it seems like everything else has a ton of sodium in it
This was a meal I made. I used whole grain rotini pasta, canned tomatoes (they had basil, garlic, and oregano in them), fresh Shtik Mushrooms and Portabella Mushrooms, a little bit of pizza sauce I had left over, and ground turkey. I cooked the turkey first then sauteed the mushrooms before mixing it all together.
