Day Twenty

Well it's been twenty days without soda or junk food. I'll be glad when February is here and I can have junk food again but I am changing the way I eat it. I've noticed the most times I really want junk food are either when I'm too lazy to find actual food or there isn't anything to eat here. I replace meals with junk food and that's not healthy. I also want it if I get upset. I'm hoping now that I've noticed these things I can change my behavior. I plan to only eat junk food after meals once I start eating it again.

I also bought a Shake Weight the other day. I've been thinking about getting one for a while and I saw they started making colored ones so I bought a purple one. Laugh if you must but
it's a pretty good work out and under ten minutes.

they did have pink ones there but I got the purple one
